Details Juniper's Restaurant invites you to a multi course wine dinner featuring a variety of wines form the Bogle Vineyard.

Speaking about the wines will be Robbie LeBlanc, east Coast Bogle Wine representative.

The menu will be comprised as follows:

Reception:
With Assorted Cheeses and other Appetizers
Crown Royal Apple Punch

Salad Courses:
Grilled Black Bass with a Sauvignon Blanc Vinaigrette
Served with Bogle Sauvignon Blanc

Frize Salad
With Crumbled Blue Cheese
Served with Bogle Chardonnay

First Course
Duck Cassole'
With White Bean Stew with Chorizo sausage
Served with Bogle Pinot Noir

Second Course
Venison Osso Bucco
Served over Winter Vegetables with Farow
Served with Bogle Phantom

Dessert Course
Almond Biscotti Crusted Chocolate Dessert Cake
